How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:

Open the TCG Tournament Tracker app
Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account information (email, name, preferences)
All tournaments you've created
All round and match data
Your tournament groups
Team tournament memberships and entries
Custom X post templates

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Alternative: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at support@tcgtournamenttracker.com from the email address associated with your account.

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, all your personal data is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain any user data after account deletion.
